We have received a few inquiries as to what Ramona LaFountain's affiliation with Octop is.
It's time to clear things up about that.
Ramona LaFountain no longer has any affiliation with Octop as of spring 2010. Certain public interactions in 2009 and 2010 made by Ramona on Octop's behalf were initiated without mutual consent and thus contradicted Octop's public image. Octop does not hold any responsibility for her actions in this time and does not endorse dealing with Ramona on Octop's behalf.
We urge our clients not to communicate with her regarding Octop projects as she is no longer affiliated with Octop. Any communication with her on behalf of Octop is not endorsed by Octop. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I am an attorney who represents Ms. Lafountain. She indicates to me that this web site is the property of Octop Inc. a duly licensed California corporation. I am notifying you that you are in viiolation of numerous California laws that subject to civil liability.
